Do your artificial plants look real?
That is exactly what we select for. Our plants have layered leaves with natural colour variation, visible veins and realistic stems and trunks. From a normal viewing distance, most people will not notice they are artificial.
What height should I choose?
Small plants (around 70 cm) work well on a sideboard, desk or floor next to a chair. Floor plants and trees of 120 to 200 cm fill a corner or frame a sofa. As a rule of thumb, leave at least 30 cm between the top leaves and the ceiling.
Does a plant come with a pot?
Every plant arrives in a sturdy black nursery pot so it stands securely. For a finished look, place it inside one of our planters or baskets and cover the top with a pot filler such as moss or pebbles.
Do I need to shape the plant after unpacking?
Yes, a little. Plants are packed carefully for transport, so leaves and branches can be pressed together. Gently bend the stems and leaves into a natural position, starting from the bottom and working up. It takes a few minutes and makes a big difference.
How do I keep my plant looking good?
Dust it every few weeks with a soft, dry cloth, a feather duster or a hairdryer on the cold setting. Avoid harsh cleaning products. See our care guide for more tips.
Can I place my plant in direct sunlight?
Our plants are designed for indoor use. Strong direct sunlight over a long period can slowly fade any artificial plant, so a spot out of full midday sun keeps the colour fresh for longer.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 0 to 1 business day. Delivery usually takes 6 to 10 business days within the EU and 8 to 13 business days to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia. Large items can take longer, as described in our shipping policy.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking link.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest in a few steps.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first at info@vidaplants.com so we can send you the return instructions. Full details are in our return and refund policy.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
Please email us within a few days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
